South Bend-based Lighthouse Autism Center has acquired Access Behavior Analysis in Indianapolis as part of a central Indiana expansion. Lighthouse says the acquisition will make it the largest Applied Behavior Analysis provider in the state.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Their deep passion and reputation of providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism align perfectly with Lighthouse’s mission and values,” said Gregg Maggioli, Lighthouse co-founder and chief executive officer.
Lighthouse did not specify whether any employees would be affected by the deal.
