Real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield says the company is currently leasing the space at the Creekside Corporate Park, but plans to relocate this summer.
The move comes less than three years after LIDS moved into its current location. In December, LIDS’s Nashville-based parent Genesco Inc. announced it was selling the company to Ames Watson Capital LLC in Maryland in a $100 million deal, which closed in February.
Ames Watson has not returned a request for comment from Inside INdiana Business.
Genesco owns the office building and has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to find a new tenant or possible buyer for it. The building features a cafeteria, gym, banquet room/conference center, and a basketball court.
