Indianapolis-based LHD Benefit Advisors, an employee benefits advisory firm, has hired Bob Fiala as director of human resources. He most recently served as managing director of human resources for the NCAA’s national office.

Prior to his almost 20-year tenure at the NCAA, Fiala worked for the General Motors Corp. for 14 years where he held progressively responsible human resources positions at subsidiary and corporate headquarter locations.
