LEX 530 Metropolitan Event Center in Elkhart has hired Rachel Dobrzykowski as event director. She most recently served as a recruitment specialist for the South Bend Tribune. Dobrzykowski also has more than 10 years of experience in hospitality and culinary arts. She has a background as a pastry chef and has previously worked in event sales and management. Dobrzykowski has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and food service management from Ball State University and an associate’s degree in baking and pastry arts from Johnson & Wales University.
