Lewis Wagner Adds Four Attorneys

Rogers focuses her practice on product liability and professional liability defense matters. She joins the firm as an active member of multiple professional associations with experience practicing municipal finance law. Rogers served as Academic Affairs Chair for the Black Law Student Association at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
Smith will focus his practice on business transactions and commercial agreements. He previously served as Associate General Counsel for a maritime transportation company.
Djuricic previously served as a law clerk for the firm. While earning his J.D. at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, he won the Champion of Diversity Award and spoke at his commencement ceremony in 2020.
Sommers previously represented individuals in family and criminal law matters. Sommers earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served on the Dean’s Advisory Board and participated in Moot Court.
