Lev (formerly Levementum), a digital consultancy with offices in Arizona, Indiana and Texas, has hired Mike Pote as chief financial officer. He most recently served as vice president of partnerships & finance at Orbis Education, where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, client management and business development modeling. Pote also served as a finance manager at Appirio, ExactTarget/Salesforce and, earlier in his career, at Double-Take Software.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College in Chicago. Pote has been involved with the youth sports community in central Indiana, participating on the board of Westfield Youth Sports basketball and coaching with the Indy Titans baseball organization.

Also, Alix Grimm has been promoted to vice president of delivery. She most recently served as senior account executive. Grimm has been with Lev since 2017 and previously worked at High Alpha as director of client success. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University.
