Kevin Krulik has been named Lebanon’s city engineer. He previously served as executive director of The Village of WestClay in Carmel. Krulik will use his experience and certifications as a professional engineer, professional surveyor and community planner to oversee the Planning, Street and Stormwater Departments. He also previously served as project manager and later as group leader in the Civil Engineering Department at American Structurepoint. Krulik
has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of site, road, drainage, and utility engineering, in addition to planning, development and construction experience. He has also worked on development and redevelopment projects for private and municipal clients all across the State of Indiana.
