Lebanon Company Details Growth Plans

A lawn and power equipment startup is planning to expand in Boone County. Steel Green Manufacturing says it intends to add 58 employees as part of a $563,000 investment in the former Walter Peyton Power Equipment facility near the Lebanon Business Park.
General Manager Brent Mills says "Steel Green Manufacturing’s new operations will support the continued growth of the lawn care industry by producing quality and innovative equipment. We chose Lebanon because it is a great place to live and work. The economic growth in Indiana also assures that our products will be in demand locally, as well as throughout the country."
The company develops zero-turn sprayer-spreader machines. The technology is designed for landscape contractors and grounds professionals. You can connect to more about the expansion plans by clicking here.
