The Lebanon Business Park has been certified AT&T Fiber Ready. The park is just the fifth site throughout Indiana to earn the distinction for its high-speed Internet connectivity.
AT&T Indiana President Bill Soards says the certification will help local businesses drive job creation. The company says economic development leaders must be able to tout the presence of high-speed internet connectivity.
"In order for our economy to grow, we need to have an environment where Hoosier businesses can create jobs for Hoosier workers," said U.S. Rep. Todd Rokita (R-04). "A designation like this is an important part of that kind of pro-growth environment, and will help Lebanon and Boone County continue to compete in a global economy."
The Lebanon Business Park was established in 1994 and features 1,250 acres of land and 17 buildings with a total of 7.5 million square feet of space. It is also the only rail-served business park in central Indiana.
