Subscribe NowGreater Fort Wayne Inc.’s signature adult program, Leadership Fort Wayne, has selected 64 individuals to be part of the 35th LFW class. The larger class has been split into two smaller cohorts meeting on separate days, and will come together as one class for three of the program days. LFW is an eight-month program that provides an in depth view of the many facets of the community while developing each participant’s leadership skills that are necessary to positively impact the community and their workplace. Since 1983, Leadership Fort Wayne has graduated more than 1,200 individuals, many of which now serve on or lead nonprofit boards, hold elected office, or own their own business. This year’s class will begin their LFW journey later this month with an Orientation and Retreat held at Greater Fort Wayne Inc.
