David Kerr (pictured) is now chief executive officer of Octiv, formerly known as TinderBox, as Dustin Sapp steps down for a sabbatical. Kerr previously served as chief operating officer. Sapp founded the document workflow technology provider seven years ago as TinderBox with Mike Fitzgerald and Kristian Andersen. In September, the company completed a $4.75 million round of funding. The company now has 350 global customers.
