An Indianapolis technology entrepreneur is handing off the reins of leadership at the company he co-founded in 2010. David Kerr (pictured) is now chief executive officer of Octiv, formerly known as TinderBox, as Dustin Sapp steps down for a sabbatical. Kerr previously served as chief operating officer. Sapp founded the document workflow technology provider seven years ago as TinderBox with Mike Fitzgerald and Kristian Andersen.
