Leslie Tarble has joined Indianapolis-based LDI Ltd. as chief administrative officer. She recently served as senior vice president of commercial operations at QualityCo, a division of 19th Capital, and previously worked at Quality Companies and Celadon Trucking. Tarble was responsible for managing the operations of one of the largest Class-8 leasing portfolios in the United States and led projects to improve the company’s financial and operating results. 

At LDI, Tarble will be responsible for improving operations, implementing strategic priorities, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

She earned her undergraduate degree in finance from Butler University’s Lacy School of Business and her master of business administration degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
