Indianapolis-based LDI Ltd. has promoted John Martin to vice president of corporate development. He leads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate development efforts. Martin joined LDI in 2013 as manager of corporate development. He brings more than 10 years of M&A experience to the firm. Martin previously worked at Mason Wells after beginning his career in the investment banking group of Robert W. Baird & Co. Martin earned his MBA from Indiana University and received a B.S. from the University of Illinois. He serves on the Board of Directors of KIPP Indy Public Schools.
