Lazydays to Acquire Burns Harbor RV Dealership

Florida-based Lazydays Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LAZY) is planning to acquire Camp-Land Inc. in Burns Harbor. The company says the purchase of the Camp-Land RV dealership is expected to be finalized within 45 days, though financial details were not disclosed.
Chief Executive Officer William Murnane says the acquisition will allow Lazydays to expand its services as Lazydays RV of Elkhart. The company also acquired Total Value RV in Elkhart earlier this month.
“We are extremely pleased to announce our intent to acquire Camp-Land RV as we continue to execute our geographic expansion strategy,” stated William Murnane, chief executive officer of Lazydays. “Camp-Land RV, combined with our new dealership, Lazydays RV of Elkhart, located in Elkhart, Indiana will allow us to serve the northern and central Indiana markets, the Chicagoland and northern Illinois markets, the southern Michigan markets, and the western Ohio markets. We plan to grow our marketshare significantly in all of these markets.”
Lazydays did not disclose if any jobs would be impacted as a result of the acquisition.
