Lawrenceburg Web Design Firm Acquired

Maryland-based digital marketing agency Wellspring Search LLC has acquired a web design firm in Lawrenceburg. Financial terms of the deal for Absolute Web Designs are not being disclosed, however Wellspring Search Managing Partner Karl Hindle tells Inside INdiana Business no jobs will be negatively affected.

Absolute Web Designs serves a variety of clients, including local and state governments, radio stations, and businesses in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Hindle says Wellspring Search is looking to expand Absolute’s operations and add three new positions in 2019.

"We are very happy to have completed the Absolute Web Designs deal before the New Year," Hindle said in a news release. "This transaction provides us with several opportunities to improve customer value, which we are underlining by committing to zero price increases in 2019 while improving service delivery."

This is the third acquisition for Wellspring Search in 2018.
