Lawrence Chamber to Host Job Fair

The Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce will Wednesday host a job fair on the east side of Indianapolis. More than 30 employers will be in attendance looking to fill more than 700 full-time and part-time positions.

The job fair will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Community Alliance of the Far East Side near East 38th Street and North Post Road. The event is free for job seekers.

Some of the employers taking part in the event include Monarch Beverage, FedEx and Franciscan Alliance. The available positions include, but are not limited to, management, medical professionals, manufacturing, engineering, transportation and technology.

Attendees are encouraged to dress for interviews and bring multiple copies of their resumes. Specific areas will be set up for employers to conduct on-site interviews.
