Launch Terre Haute will Thursday host a pitch competition focused on spotlighting Black entrepreneurs. The winner of Pitch Black will receive a $2,000 cash prize as well as a one-year membership to Launch Terre Haute and other services.
Participants have worked with the West Central Indiana Small Business Development Center and Launch Terre Haute to hone their business ideas and polish their pitches before the event.
The winner will also receive $1,000 in promotional materials from Terre Haute-based Tabco, logo and website design services, a consultation with Kemper CPA Group LLP and a one-hour coaching session from talent development firm Global Perspective Culture Co.
The winner will also be featured at Sunday’s Terre Haute Day celebration at the Booker T. Washington Community Center in Terre Haute.
We’ll have more on the results of the competition in Friday’s INside Edge newsletter.
