Warsaw-based Lakeland Financial Corp. has named Sarah Earls senior vice president and controller of Lake City Bank. She will also serve as principal accounting officer for the bank. Earls most recently served as director of finance and compliance for Columbia City-based Micropulse Inc. She is also the former controller of Tower Financial Corp. in Fort Wayne. Earls is a graduate of Huntington University.
