Warsaw-based Lake City Bank has hired Seth Greiner as a real estate appraisal officer for the Indianapolis north office. He has eight years of experience in financial services, most recently serving as a manager for Rest and Relax Rentals LLC. Greiner has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a specialization in real estate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute.
