Warsaw-based Lake City Bank has promoted Gloria Crawford to vice president, office manager of the bank’s Indianapolis Clearwater branch. In this position, she supports office staff and manages daily operations and handles small business loans. Crawford has been with the bank for three years. She has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Crawford serves as a board member for the IPS Education Foundation, the Indy Black Chamber of Commerce and the 2020 MLK Commons Vitality committee. She also volunteers for Flanner House, the Martindale-Brightwood Community Development Corp. and as a financial literacy coach.

Also promoted, Holly Davis to senior loan administration officer, working out of the bank’s Indianapolis North branch. In this position, she assists commercial banking officers with prospect and customer communication, as well as handles construction loan monitoring and various aspects of loan documentation. Davis has been with the bank for 12 years. She has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University.
