The LaGrange County Economic Development Corp. has named Bill Bradley its next chief executive officer. He has served as executive director of the Jay County Development Corp. for the last 11 years. Bradley succeeds Ryne Krock, who left in January after two-and-a-half years in the position.

The IPFW and Ball State University graduate, who has more than 30 years of economic development industry experience, will begin serving as CEO and president June 25. The LCEDC says during his time with the JCDC, the organization tallied investments totaling some $400 million, bringing more than 2,500 jobs to the area. LCEDC Board Chairman Mark Eagleson says "LaGrange County is fortunate to have been able to attract and hire someone with Bill’s experience."

The JCDC says it will launch a search committee to find Bradley’s successor.
