KSM Location Advisors, part of the Katz, Sapper & Miller Network, has announced Garth Brazelton as chief operating officer. He was previously director of operations and business systems for the Indiana Economic Development Corp. Brazelton is the vice president and treasurer of the Mill 9-1 homeowners association in downtown Indianapolis, has been an active participant with the Indiana Economic Development Association and has worked with the Pew Charitable Trusts and the Center for Regional and Economic Competitiveness on incentives best practices. In 2013, he received the “Governor’s INnovation” award for his work regarding Indiana’s incentive transparency efforts.
