The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) will host a wide-ranging job fair Thursday at stores in central Indiana. The company says it is looking to fill nearly 800 positions. Kroger says there will be an additional 3,000 job openings over the next two years.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Kroger Co.’s Central Division is hosting a city-wide job fair in Indianapolis, hiring associates for the following positions: Cashier, Utility Clerk, Grocery, Deli/Bakery, Produce, Meat, Pharmacy Technicians, Drug/General Merchandise and entry level store management. Day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts are available. Hiring needs vary by location.

Date: Thursday, June 4th

Time: 3:00 – 8:00 PM

Location: Every Kroger store in the Indianapolis MSA (nine county region)

Instructions: Check-in table at the lobby entrance of each store;

immediate interviews available; food sampling and other

celebration events at each store
