Kroger Gardis & Regas in Indianapolis has added Portia Bailey-Bernard as an associate for the firm’s government practice. Her experience includes working for the City of Fishers as project manager for downtown redevelopment projects in the Nickel Plate District. Bailey-Bernard also served as an associate at Barnes and Thornburg. She has a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and graduated summa cum laude.
