Kroger Closing Broad Ripple Store

Kroger’s Central Division says the store in the 6200 block of Guilford Avenue has not shown a profit for several years and “research indicates a turnaround is not realistic.”
The store opened in 1954 and employs about 40 workers.
Kroger says the staff will be offered opportunities at other Indianapolis stores.
