The company plans to add five more stores in the next few months. Kroger is currently offering the service in Carmel, Greenwood and Westfield.
“Kroger has been testing on-line ordering in Cincinnati since November 2014 and we have received strong praise from customers. Our local test in Carmel was very positive and, as a result, we are pleased to expand this opportunity to additional central Indiana stores and customers. We will continue enhancing the process in response to customer and store associate feedback,” Central Division president Jeff Burt said.
Kroger says customers place the online order and select a pick-up time, and then an employee gathers the order and loads it in the customer’s car. The customer will park in the designated pick-up lane and pay for the order when they arrive.

- 1217 South Rangeline Road, Carmel
- 3100 Meridian Park Drive, Greenwood
- 150 West 161st Street (at Spring Mill Rd.), Westfield
