The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce has hired Annette Hammond as member relations manager for both the chamber and Warsaw Community Development Corp. She also leads the Chamber Ambassadors and Small Business Connection. Hammond is also involved in Young Adult Professionals. She is a graduate of Clinton Christian High School in Goshen and a graduate of Grace College where she majored in Business Management.
