Randy McKay, the first deputy mayor of the city of Kokomo, has announced his retirement. He has worked for the city since 2010. McKay will continue to serve as president of the Board of Works following his retirement June 3. McKay began working for the city as assistant director of human resources and later served as interim director of development and director of operations, before becoming deputy mayor.
