Kimball Names Subsidiary Presidents

Jasper-based Kimball International Inc. (Nasdaq: KBAL) has made changes to the executive leadership of two of its subsidiaries. The company has named new presidents for National Office Furniture and Kimball Hospitality.

Kourtney Smith will lead National Office Furniture and will continue her role as vice president of Kimball International. Smith most recently served as president of Kimball Hospitality and previously served as vice president of marketing for National Office Furniture.

The company has also tapped Kathy Sigler to succeed Smith as president of Kimball Hospitality. Sigler, who most recently served as vice president of operations for the parent company, will also take on the role of vice preside of Kimball International.

"We are committed to leadership development programs and succession planning that enable seamless executive leadership role transitions," said Bob Schneider, chief executive officer of Kimball International. "Both Kourtney and Kathy have shown great commitment to continuous improvement and growth throughout their time with Kimball International and both are tremendous examples of the talent within our company."

Smith succeeds Kevin McCoy in her role with National Office Furniture, though the company did not state a reason for McCoy’s departure.
