Kimball Makes Leadership Changes

Jasper-based Kimball International Inc. (Nasdaq: KBAL) has made some leadership changes. Timothy Wolfe has been named chief financial officer, succeeding Michelle Schroeder who is stepping down from the position later this month.
The company says Schroeder will remain in senior leadership, with responsibilities in governance, SEC compliance, and investor relations.
“Michelle has led the build-out of a center-led finance function and has been instrumental in the development of the Kimball International Connect 2.0 strategy,” said Kimball Chief Executive Officer Kristie Juster. “We are pleased to support Michelle and to be able to leverage her diverse background and deep knowledge of the company in this new role.”
Wolfe most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer of the Great Britain unit of Coca-Cola European Partners.
Kimball says Wolfe has more than two decades of experience, including expertise in enacting large scale organizational transformation, as well as managing integration and strategic planning activities.
