Cindy Schum has joined KeyBank’s Business Banking team as a senior business banking relationship manager. She brings more than 16 years of experience in the financial industry. Schum is a graduate of Ball State University and is a Certified Treasury Professional. She has also participated and graduated from the Omega Performance Commercial Loans to Business program, the Risk Management Association Commercial Credit for Lenders program and the Indiana Bankers Association Commercial Lending School program.
