Katz Korin Cunningham has added Chris Dilworth (pictured), Brooke Smith (pictured) and Rachel Johnson to the firm.

Dilworth will serve as a member of the real estate team. He most recently served as a deputy prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor’s office. Dilworth is a licensed realtor in Indiana and Florida and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He has a B.S. in public and environmental affairs from Indiana University, and earned his J.D. from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington.

Smith will serve in the litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in diverse areas of law including complex federal litigation, civil rights, criminal law, family law, administrative law, and personal injury law. Smith has a B.A. in political science with a minor in economics from Indiana University’s Columbus campus and earned her J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. 

Johnson will serve as a member of the health care practice group. She previously worked as a domestic relations mediator for the Johnson County ADR Project and as a team lead attorney for the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Johnson has a B.S. in business from Miami University and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
