Karen Valiquett, project manager at CORE Planning Strategies in Indianapolis, recently joined two boards: the City of Indianapolis and Marion County Board of Contractors and the Indiana Natural Resources Foundation Board. The City of Indianapolis and Marion County Board of Contractors, administered by the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services, carries out provisions relative to the listing of City of Indianapolis and Marion County licensed contractors. The length of board term is two years. The Indiana Natural Resources Foundation works with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to promote, support, assist, sustain and encourage the DNR’s educational and scientific programs. Valiquett will serve a four-year term through Aug. 31, 2020.
Valiquett is a licensed professional engineer with 14 years of experience in project management and civil engineering design. Indianapolis-based CORE Planning Strategies helps organizations plan, lead, oversee and drive their facility projects through owner representation, project management and related services.
