The Indiana Department of Correction has promoted Lyda Scott and Ashley James to sergeant at the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility. Both most recently served as youth development specialists. 

Scott began her career at  Pendleton in 2015. She was promoted to sergeant in 2017 before resigning in 2018 to pursue other professional goals. Scott re-entered corrections at the facility in 2019. James started at the facility in 2011. She resigned in 2015 but returned in February of 2020.
