Wheless Partners, an executive search and leadership consulting firm, has named Juan "Kiko" Suarez to lead its Indianapolis office as a senior partner in the Higher Education and the Industrial search practices. He has more than 25 years of global experience in marketing, communications and strategic philanthropy. Suarez most recently served as vice president of innovation and senior advisor to the CEO at the Lumina Foundation. He also previously served in corporate leadership positions in two global Fortune 500 companies – CEMEX and DuPont. Suarez has a depth of entrepreneurial experiences, including being owner and CEO of two of his own startup companies as well as taking leadership roles in other firms in different capacities. He earned a doctoral degree in Leadership and Change with a dissertation on the topic of the role of wisdom in organizations and innovation processes. Suarez serves on several company and nonprofit boards.
