The new eatery will carry the Joseph Decuis brand and feature an extensive wine list as well as a menu based around the restaurant’s renowned Wagyu beef.
The establishment is still in the planning stages, and a name has not yet been released. However, representatives say it will play a role in the restaurant’s mission to bring healthier, more affordable food to Fort Wayne.
“We see Electric Works as a unique opportunity to build an experience around culinary immersion, nutrition and education,” said Pete Eshelman, who co-owns Joseph Decuis, in a news release. “Our vision is for an experience that brings the very best of Joseph Decuis – locally raised ingredients, exclusive Wagyu beef and unparalleled service – in a more casual environment, all while collaborating with local organizations to drive better health and wellness throughout our community and region.”
