JobWorks Launches Training Division in Fort Wayne

Tim Putt, director of business services, says the program will offer recruitment assistance for companies and consultation on managing workforce funds to help offset training and hiring costs.
JobWorks Education and Training Systems will offer a wide range of training solutions to area business, industry and non-profits in Fort Wayne, and can also be held the customer’s preferred location.
Putt says the new training division is in response to companies that are taking an innovative approach to expand their candidate pools and implementing programs to train their workforce to meet goals.
“JobWorks Education and Training Systems is here to help area businesses accomplish those goals through economical, customized training programs which will include recruitment assistance and consultation on accessing workforce funds to help offset their training and hiring costs. We will also soon offer a Career Academy offering students a method to begin a career through certification-based training without extensive student loan debt” Putt said in a news release.
