Job Fairs Set For Crane, Fort Wayne

Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane in southwest Indiana and Purdue University Fort Wayne will each host career fairs.
Purdue Fort Wayne’s Mastodon Job and Internship Fair will run from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Lutheran Health Fieldhouse in Gates Athletic Center. More than 170 companies from throughout northeast Indiana will be on hand looking to fill more than 4,000 full-time, part-time, and internship positions.
The event is free and open to students, alumni, and the public.
NSWC Crane is hosting its Science and Engineering Career Fair from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Westgate Academy in Odon. The command says it is looking to fill various positions, including electrical engineers, computer engineers, computer scientists, chemists and physicists.
"We are looking for qualified scientists and engineering candidates to join our workforce that’s passionate about Serving those who Serve," said Hannah Stowers, a recruiter at NSWC Crane.
