JLL’s Indianapolis office has promoted Alicia Kurtz to vice president, client experience & workplace strategy. Also, Meghan James has been promoted to vice president, workplace planning & strategy. They work closely in JLL’s Workplace Planning & Strategy group to support its portfolio of innovative companies in their approach to a strategic workplace—a growing need as businesses re-evaluate the role the office plays in a post-pandemic world.
Kurtz previously held the title of client experience and James most recently served as project manager.
Together, they are focused on finding creative solutions to new challenges, pushing boundaries to deliver meaningful outcomes, and shaping clients’ experience through workplace innovation.
