The Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis has made several promotions. Margo Fox has been promoted to senior director of engagement. She will be responsible for strengthening the Jewish Federation and Jewish community by establishing strategic direction and implementation in the area of Jewish engagement. Fox will oversee engagement programs and functions including Women’s Philanthropy, NextGen and PJ Library. She joined the Federation in 2006 and has been campaign director since 2009. During her tenure as campaign director, she helped to raise more than $30 million for the greater Indianapolis Jewish community and for Jews in need around the world.

Michael Skolnick (pictured) has been promoted to senior director of development. He will be responsible for the design and execution of a comprehensive and diversified fundraising plan, including leading the Annual Campaign. His team will focus on special events, major gifts, the community campaign, affinity groups, and corporate sponsorship. Skolnick joined JFGI in 2014 as associate director, campaign and planned giving. He currently serves on the board of directors of CANDLES Holocaust Museum and Education Center.

Also promoted, Irina Brodskiy to campaign operations manager. She will have direct responsibility and oversight for the day-to-day operations of both the community campaign and database management. Brodskiy has been at the Federation since August 2009. She is a three-time All-American and set the NCAA record in 2003 and held it until 2016 in javelin of 61.82 m.

Stephanie Dlatt has been promoted to campaign associate. In this newly-created position, she will assist in planning and coordinating fundraising and outreach programs and events in support of the Federation’s overall goals. Dlatt began working at the Federation in 2015.
