Jet card and aircraft management company Jet Linx has hired Phil Sparks as base vice president. He most recently held the role of vice president of partnerships and commercial strategy for USA Gymnastics and previously served as vice president of marketing for Harding Steinbrenner Racing in Speedway. Sparks holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
