JCB has promoted Jeff Nolting (pictured) to senior vice president, chief lending officer. He began his career at the bank in 2013 as AVP, commercial banker, and in 2014 transitioned to his current position of vice president, retail loan officer. Nolting is a graduate of Valparaiso University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is a member and officer of Seymour Rotary Club and chair of the Economic Restructuring Committee for Seymour Main Street. Also, Christy Guerrero (pictured) has been appointed to fill the newly-created Bloomington area mortgage loan originator role. She has more than 25 years of banking experience. Guerrero most recently served as mortgage loan officer at Indiana University Credit Union. She holds a B.S. from Indiana University’s School of Business and is a Golden Key Honor Society graduate. Patrick Ballard has been named investment representative. He is a financial advisor with 16 years of experience, most recently at Centra Credit Union. Ballard holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from IU as well as several additional professional accreditations.
