Amanda Goad has been promoted to account manager with Jay-Crew in their Muncie office. She most recently served as office manager for the past 10 years.

As an account manager with the 25-year-old company, her role is to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide them with all the resources needed to make informed decisions about the appearance and condition of their properties. Goad also markets Jay-Crew’s full-service commercial landscape management services to potential clients and oversees various special projects.

She has a degree in Marketing from Ball State University and has held positions in different industries including finance and insurance throughout her career.
