Juan Jaramillo, a veteran psychiatrist, has joined the behavioral health team at Aspire Indiana Health. He previously served as assistant professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Prior to that, Jaramillo served as assistant medical director at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.

A native of Colombia, South America, Jaramillo completed his medical degree at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and emigrated to the U.S in 1992. He completed his psychiatric residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. In addition, Dr. Jaramillo completed a Fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and has done additional training in the field of Child Psychiatry.
