James Clapper Speaking at AU

The former United States director of intelligence is speaking Wednesday afternoon at Anderson University. James Clapper, who served in the role from 2010 through 2017, held positions in multiple administrations following his retirement in the mid-1990s as a lieutenant general in the U.S. Air Force. His career in uniform spanned 32 years.
The university’s National Security Studies Fellows program is responsible for the visit. Clapper will meet with national securities studies majors before the 3 p.m. public presentation at York Performance Hall on campus.
