Jackson Lewis P.C. has promoted Melissa Taft to principal in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Taft’s focus will be representing management in employment litigation and advice counsel on employment issues. She will be responsible for defending wage and hour claims, including class collective actions and state wage laws. Taft also was managing editor for the Indiana Law Journal. She holds a JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
