Jackson County Bank has promoted Will Clark (pictured) to assistant vice president. His JCB career began in May 2012 as a retail loan processing supervisor. In August of 2012, Clark was promoted to retail loan credit services officer. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University and completed several training courses specific to credit administration and loan compliance throughout his banking career. The bank also promoted Chris Marks to assistant vice president. He started as an assistant branch manager in July 2003. Marks holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, is a graduate of Leadership Jackson County and has received extensive training in the areas of network administration, information security and cyber security. Julie Kloote (pictured) was appointed an officer. She started her JCB career in July 2012 as a commercial analyst. Kloote has a Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and is a graduate of Leadership Johnson County.
