Indiana Wesleyan University has promoted Eileen Hulme to chancellor of IWU-National & Global campus. She most recently served as vice president for enterprise development and regional strategy. Hulme holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and Ph.D. from the University of Texas.
