Indiana Wesleyan University has named a new chancellor to lead its online national and global campus. IWU has promoted Eileen Hulme to the role, succeeding Matt Lucas who is stepping down after five years.

The campus provides online and other non-residential academic programs to learners across the U.S. and internationally.

Hulme joined IWU-National & Global in 2020 as the vice president for enterprise development and regional strategy.

“I am deeply humbled to be called to serve as the Chancellor of IWU-National & Global, and I am thrilled to be working with a talented leadership team and a dedicated faculty and staff,” said Hulme. “IWU-National & Global has nearly a forty-year legacy of meeting the demands of the marketplace and reaching non-traditional students with programs designed to help them achieve their goals.”

Hulme will assume the role February 4.
