Subscribe NowNancy Allen has been elected chair of the board of the Indianapolis-based Integrating Woman Leaders Foundation, a nonprofit organization with a mission of accelerating the advancement of women to drive individual and organizational growth and impact. Driven by research, IWL’s work complements a company’s HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Gender Equality and professional development strategy.
She is senior director of global regulatory affairs at Eli Lilly and Co. Allen leads the organizations responsible for the development and submission of pharmaceutical product documents to regulatory agencies globally, a leadership role she has held since 2006. A scientist by training, she is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
Allen was IWL’s board treasurer before assuming the chair role from the Founder, CEO, and Board Chair Emeritus Jennifer Holmes. Holmes founded IWL in 2010 as a resource for business leaders and organizations to tackle very real gender issues with optimism and proven strategies that work. IWL is a resource for companies and individual woman.
